Wesley Teutsch 2007 Silverado

Wesley's 2007 SilveradoWesley Teutsch a 27 year old from Florida who took his time while deciding what to do to customize his bone stock chevy. This one really is as stock as they come. Wesley said he picked it up in November of 2008, and it came without power windows, or power door locks, imagine actually rolling your own windows up and down. Wesley said he is not done, maybe a window upgrade might be in the works, and he plans to add amplifiers and sub woofers to the stereo system. That’s all work for tomorrow, lets look at what he’s done so far.  Wesley started by tinting the windows, this really helps with passive heat gain from the hot Florida sun and looks good too.  Next he changed out the factory exhaust system to a Flow-Master 3” dual exhaust, and added Mizzano MZ10 22X9.5” wheels with 305/40/22 Falkens. An attractive and high performance package. Wesley added a back up camera, and a DEI alarms system which includes power door locks, a feature as we discussed did not come from the factory. Wesley wanted tunes, Wesley got tunes, a Pioneer AVH4000 player with Infinity Reference 6.5” front door speakers and Infinity Kapa 4X6” plate speakers for the rear. Adding another touch of style Wesley installed a Billet Grill insert, and for the big performance and style up-grade he used a DJM 4/7” Calmax suspension drop kit to lower and improve the handling of his 2007 Silverado. 1. Hello sir ive commented on various build threads here. As I said before im acutally running the same tire size and the same rim offset. Would this drop rub on a 08 NNBS single cab? If so with what kit can I go at least 3/5 or 4/6 without alignment or tire troubles. Thanks!

    • Luis,

If you have the original factory wheel and tire diameter and offset both the 3/5 & 4/6 kit should work without rubbing. We did the testing here with factory wheels and tires!
